Knock Knock Joke Hits the Screen

Image

My 25 word story, “Knock Knock Joke,” was included in the Hint Fiction Anthology published in 2010. That story has now been made into a one minute film by Patrick Sheridan, a Denver based filmmaker, as an entry in the 2012 Vail Film Fest Contest.

The film approaches the story from a direction that is completely surprising to me, yet perfectly suited. I think it’s great, and it’s fascinating (at least to me!) to see how my piece of written fiction is transformed into another media altogether. Check out the film here. The 25 word story itself can be found here.
