Fly-by Writer Alexi Zentner
Hello! My name is Dan Manzanares and I’m Lighthouse’s new Creative Curator. One of my continuing projects will be to create and maintain a video blog library of Fly-by Writers, Lighthouse faculty, Friday 500ers, Inside the Writer’s Studio guests and others. This library will reflect the posterity of Lighthouse and its community influence. Another purpose of this digital library is to be a source of inspiration for Lighthousers. For example, ever heard of the genre Mythical Realism? I hadn’t. But, Alexi Zentner goes into detail about it in the following interview. Perhaps this will strike a chord with you. Well done, Dan. Excellent work. Mythical realism. What an awesome term. Indeed, Touch was a story about love, a love so strong it set people ablaze. The Fly-By with Alexi was such an amazing experience. I know I was “touched.”
